We are Jose and Ana Ayala, founders and owners of J&A carpet cleaning. My wife and I met working at a food chain restaurant. We were partnered up to work side by side and ever since have provided services at our best as a team. We learned many skills working together in the restaurant business, however it was not our long term goal. My wife and I always dreamed about having our own business where we could have an impact by helping others in our community.
That’s when we decided to open our carpet cleaning business in 2015!
Why carpet cleaning? Life can be an overload at times for most of us, especially in Northern Virginia. Everyone is constantly running from home to work, work to home, meetings, school, etc. The last thing people have on their minds is to clean their carpet.
That’s where we come in.
Throughout the years we’ve provided services for pet accidents, moving in- moving out, after party incidents, water damage…. We’ve seen it all.
We like to make sure we provide a healthier and happier environment after we complete our services! Each and every visit is different, making sure we meet your needs and check "Clean Carpet" off your To-Do List!

"We just purchased a house and found the berber carpet in the basement was not cleaned at all and had stains on it. We were considering replacing the carpet, which would have been big $$$. We decided to try J&A Carpet Cleaning company based on their excellent reviews and a word of mouth recommendation. Boy and I glad we did!!! Not only were they able to clean the carpet but they got ALL of the stains out. Plus they were fast and the carpet was dry in no time after they finished. "J&A did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Took the extra time to make sure that a deep stain in one of the bedrooms was removed before taking payment. Having four children, I never thought the carpets would look as good as they do after the cleaning. Practically looks brand new! The owner was on time, worked within the time frame provided, and received payment only after he personally walked through the home with me. Would gladly use again and highly recommend."

"Jose, responded to my inquiry within in a hour and after giving him the rough dimensions of the rooms I needed cleaning, he indicated that he would be able to schedule me within a few days. Upon arrival, I showed him the areas which would require a bit more deep cleaning. On the appointed day, Jose arrived early (which I always appreciate) and did walk through the confirm the scope of the job. He first did a dry vacuum of the area, followed by a pre-treatment of stain removers and detergents. And once he was finished with the actual shampooing which included hot water, he also used a brush to condition the material and aid with drying. 12 hours later, my carpets looked almost new! Is is cheaper to Do-It-Yourself if you need to clean your carpets? Sure. But sometimes, if you want better results without the hassle, it's probably a better choice to use a professional."
