1. What type of carpet cleaning method do you use?
We use the "Hot Water Extraction" method, also known as steam cleaning, to clean your carpet. Most major carpet manufacturers recommend this method and refer to it as the preferred method of carpet cleaning.
2. Is your carpet cleaning process safe for kids and pets?
Being a father an pet owner myself, my goal is to provide you with a cleaning process that is safe for all members of the family! In our carpet cleaning process any product used will be extracted, ensuring that your carpet is fresh, cleaned, sanitized and most importantly safe for children and pets.
3. How long does carpet take to dry?
The normal drying time is anywhere from 9-12 hours depending on weather conditions, room temperature, air flow, and overall conditions. We use air movers to speed up the drying process and ensure that your carpet is dry within 3-6 hours.
4. Do I have to move furniture prior to your cleaning visit?
Although we do ask that you remove as much of the smaller items as possible, our standard cleaning includes moving light weight items and placing them back to their original position.
5. How often should I get my carpet cleaned?
Most carpet manufacturers recommend to get your carpet cleaned every 12-18 months using the hot water extraction method.
